The Sunny offers versatile event venues in Sunny Isles Beach for beachfront weddings, birthday parties, corporate retreats, family reunions, private dinners, and more. Whether you’re planning something intimate or expansive, we’ve got a space that fits.

Our event spaces can host from 10 to 300 guests. With indoor meeting rooms, outdoor oceanfront terraces, and flexible private dining spaces, our team will help you choose the best fit based on your event type and guest count.

The Sunny features 13,145 square feet of dedicated indoor meeting space and 9,500 square feet of dedicated outdoor venues, from ballrooms and breakout rooms to oceanfront terraces and beachfront settings. Additional flexible event areas — spanning over 50,000 square feet — include spaces like our beach, pier, and F&B outlets such as ¡VIVA! and Sandbar. For even more options, the nearby Gateway Center offers 5,400 square feet of additional event space just a five-minute walk away, plus access to a 6-acre park for large-scale gatherings.

Yes. All catering for events at The Sunny is provided in-house by our culinary team. Outside food or beverage is not permitted unless pre-approved. You’ll work with us to design a menu that’s unique, flavorful, and memorable.

Yes. We offer full and partial buyouts of several venues at The Sunny, including our pool bar, beach club, and restaurants. Full hotel buyouts may also be available upon request.

Yes. We’re happy to accommodate dietary needs including gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, kosher and allergy-conscious menus. Let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

Our team is proudly multilingual, with staff members who speak English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Russian. Language offerings may vary by team member, but we’re always here to make communication feel easy and welcoming.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. You are welcome to store your luggage with us to continue enjoying the property and neighborhood.

The cancellation policy is specific to the rate (or special offer) and how you booked. Please carefully check the cancellation policy, which can be found on your reservation confirmation. If you booked directly with the hotel, we require 72 hours to cancel your room without penalty. Please contact the Front Desk if you have any questions about your reservation.

The $30 daily resort fee per room includes beach service, beach towels, two beach chairs daily per room, 24-hour access to the Fitness Center, WiFi, and local and toll-free calls. Umbrellas, cabanas, daybeds, and additional beach chairs can be rented for an additional price.

Yes, the minimum age to check in at the hotel is 21 years old.

We welcome your furry friends with open paws; however, there is a one-time non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 per stay. No weight limit; maximum of two pets per room. Please note that there isn’t a charge for service animals.
