Seven days in paradise? Yes, please. When you book a 7-night stay, you’ll only pay for 5 — giving you more time to reset, recharge, and take in everything The Sunny has to offer. Ocean views, standout dining, and no reason to rush.
ID & Age Requirements: For everyone’s safety, a valid photo ID is required at check-in. Guests must be 21 or older to book a room.
Credit Card & Guarantee: A credit card is required to confirm your stay. We’ll place a charge for one night’s room + tax 72 hours before your arrival. Please bring the same card you used to book, just to keep things smooth.
Cancellation Policy: Plans change, we get it. Cancel more than 72 hours before check-in for no fee. Cancel within 72 hours of arrival, and a charge for one night’s room and tax will apply.
Check-In & Check-Out: When you arrive, we’ll double-check your check-out date to make sure everything’s accurate. Your rate is based on your arrival date and how long you planned to stay—if that changes, your rate might, too. If you’re heading out for an early departure, a fee equal to one night’s rate plus tax will apply.
A Few Quick Things To Know: Bringing your dog? We’d love to meet them! A $100 non-refundable fee per stay will be applied to your bill, and pets must be under 40 lbs. All rooms at The Sunny are 100% smoke-free. If smoking is detected in your room, a $200 deep-cleaning fee will apply. Valet parking is available for $38 per night.
A Quick Note on Reservations: We reserve the right to modify or cancel any reservation if there’s evidence of suspicious activity, fraud, or a clear error in the booking. We hope this doesn’t happen, but if it does, we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly and clearly.
