As Parking Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, ensuring their vehicles are safely parked and retrieved. Your role is essential to setting the tone for outstanding customer service and maintaining the flow of vehicles.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Welcoming and assisting guests and visitors with their parked vehicles in a professional manner.
  • Providing information and answering questions about our facilities and services.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient parking and retrieval of vehicles while following Standard Operating Procedures set by hotel management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond quickly to guest requests.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
  • Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
